• Discovery: Over 13 sessions girls and adult women are brought together as partners to celebrate their heritage of leadership, discover the leaders within themselves, and practice leadership and advocacy skills through the construction of community action projects.

  This program is very similar to One-to-One Mentoring, however, it has a 13-week framework which includes an overnight planning session in which a group of women and girls choose a community project in which to engage.
