An Evening of Comfort & Confidence
Girls Inc. of Upper Canada and Pauline’s Lingerie are partnering to provide young girls with a meaningful, confidence-building experience focused on comfort, education, and dignity. Join us on Thursday 22 May from 5:30-7pm at Pauline’s Lingerie store in downtown Brockville for an evening of comfort and confidence!
As developing bodies go through natural changes and growth proper support is essential. For many girls, finding a bra that fits properly can be confusing, uncomfortable, and, oftentimes, financially out of reach. A well-fitting bra isn’t a luxury; it’s a basic need that supports both physical health and emotional well-being.
Ill-fitting bras can cause real physical issues, including back, shoulder, and neck pain, skin irritation, and even posture problems. As developing bodies grow and change, especially during puberty, proper support is essential.
A bra that fits well helps girls feel more secure in their bodies, less self-conscious, and more in control. When young people feel physically comfortable, they’re more able to focus on school, friendships, and doing what they love.
Bras—especially well-fitting ones—can be expensive. For many families, it’s a financial burden that’s not always talked about. And for girls in underserved communities, that often means going without the right size or without one at all.
At this event, participants will:

✔️ Leave with a free, high-quality bra that’s just right for them
