Girls Incorporated of Upper Canada (GIUC)
is the leading provider of programs and services specifically
for girls between the ages of 6-18. The organization initiated
and developed several programs over the past years to mentor
and teach girls throughout the community to be strong and
independent in their everyday lives. Girls Inc. encourages
each girl to develop positive attributes and reach her full
potential, and is proud of those who, as a result, are capable
of standing up for their beliefs and representing their
community as respected and worthwhile citizens.
When we recognize that girls are dealing with issues unique
to them, we know that programming designed specifically to
meet their needs can play a critical role in their healthy
development into adults. We need to do more for girls that
will strengthen them today and prepare them for critical roles
tomorrow.

is to be recognized as the premier organization that helps all
girls to realize their potential and exercise their rights. We
change the lives of girls by providing mentorship and skills
development programs that help them achieve their full
